About UKBlinds Formed in Rochdale, Lancashire in 1990, UK Blinds' joint managing directors, Paul Taylor and Graham Shaw, and two additional employees, set about building a business based on quality, style, value for money - and a customer-driven reputation for delivering on time, every time.
