------------------------------TERMS and CONDITIONS-------------------------------------

1. Bookings will be accepted upon receipt of a Non-Refundable £20.00 deposit per vehicle. The balance of the booking must be received 30 days prior to the Wedding date. In this agreement, a deposit is defined as ‘a payment given as a guarantee that an obligation will be met by the ‘hirer’.
2. The price quoted may be subject to alteration until full payment is received. We reserve the right to re-negotiate the cost of our service to you should unforeseen charges come into force between your booking and the start of our service. Unforeseen charges are defined as - car road fund license, government taxation, fuel charges or road mileage charges etc.
3. Cancellations are not accepted 90 days prior to the hire date, the full balance will be charged. Deposits are non-transferable.
4. All hires are based on 3 hours, see separate price list for additional costs for excess time needed.
5. See price list for any additional supplements for distance outside our usual base area, or call us to discuss your specific requirements.
6. Changes to the booking Must be in writing at least 4 weeks prior to the Wedding date, accompanied with the balance and forwarded by registered post to our address listed below.
7. We make every effort to supply the vehicles booked, however we are unable to accept liability for alteration, cancellation, unforeseen cause of breakdown of vehicle caused by circumstances outside our control.
8. Should we be unable to supply the vehicle booked on the day due to circumstances beyond our control, we will do our best to offer a suitable alternative or offer a full refund. No claim for recompense or compensation will be considered.
9. Our vehicles are maintained by specialists to high standards, however we do not guarantee the performance of any vehicle. We are unable to guarantee to supply our ‘Classic’ vehicles in extremely hazardous weather conditions. Should this occur, we may be forced to offer a vehicle more suited to adverse conditions.
10. The hirer will be liable for any damage to our vehicles caused directly or indirectly by any member of their party, and will be billed accordingly for immediate payment. The hirer accepts total liability.
11. Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse to carry any persons deemed in his/her opinion as unfit, i.e. anyone thought to be under the influence of drink or drugs, and whose behaviour poses a threat to themselves or the vehicles or other passengers.
12. No responsibility will be accepted for restrictions to vehicle access to any location.
13. The hirer is responsible for letting us know of any change of address in writing for pick-ups etc. (see clause 6).
14. Although we take great care of items carried in the vehicles, we accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property or baggage.
15. With the change to the law on September 18^th 2006 regarding height and age of minors, the appropriate equipment (child seats etc) are to be provided by the hirer. Please see www.childcarseats.org.uk for details of this change to the law.
16. All passengers are required to wear seat belts, where fitted.
17. Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles.
18. Any payments by cheque that are returned, unpaid to us by our bank will incur a fee of £25.00 to cover the costs to Ferrari Wedding Cars. This must be paid prior to the ceremony.
